Certified Recycling Process

Construction & Demolition (C&D)

Safe disposal of household hazardous waste

Our construction and demolition (C&D) debris sorting line is 3rd-party certified and registered with the San Francisco Department of Environment. Materials are processed through advanced sorting systems to maximize recycling and support environmental compliance standards.

To meet landfill diversion requirements, loads must contain a high percentage of recyclable material. Loads with less than 70% recyclable content are designated as trash and will be charged accordingly.

For certain materials, additional requirements apply. Dirt loads of 6 cubic yards or more must include a certified analytical test showing a 100% pass rate. A copy of the test results must be provided before unloading. Loads that fail any part of testing will be rejected.

We are committed to helping contractors and customers comply with regulations such as CalGreen and LEED while ensuring safe, efficient, and responsible material handling.
